Refund policy

Exchange & Return Policy: All sales are final. Each piece is made to order and we are unable to offer refunds and exchanges.

Cancellation Policy: All sales are final. If you need to cancel your order or make an update, please reach out within 24 hours. Since orders may be received immediately, there is no guarantee requests will be honored.

Lost, Damaged, or Stolen Policy: If you order is incorrect, arrives damaged, please contact us within 72 hours and we will gladly assist you. Please provide your order number and photos of the artwork and shipping box. Damaged, lost, or stolen artwork and/or framed artwork will be replaced. No refunds will be given.
