Orders are made on demand and fulfillment times vary for each product. For unframed prints fulfillment is 1 - 3 business days + shipping time. Stretched and or framed artwork fulfillment is 5-15 business days + shipping time. Occasional delays may happen due to weather conditions, inventory, or federal holidays.

All orders are shipped via UPS / FedEx Or UPS. Depending on art size, artwork will be shipped in an envelope or rolled in a tube.

Buyers outside of the US are responsible for all duties and taxes that may be imposed on them by their country. This may be an additional cost to your order for you to expect when the package reaches your country.

If your order is incorrect, or it arrives damaged, please contact us within 72 hours and we will gladly help you out.  We will request your order number as well as photos of the damage to your artwork and the shipping box in which it arrived.

All of our framed prints arrive ready to hang, including framer’s grade acrylic with UV and glare resistance, paper backing and wire mounting hardware.

Our frames are constructed by hand in the USA, using only real wood materials. 

Due to the risk of glass shattering in shipping, all frames use , framer’s-grade acrylic with UV and glare resistance.

Frames and stretched canvases are warranted agains manufacturer defects for 90 days from receipt of product. Manufacturer defects may include: yellowing of print, split corners, peeling papers, fallen/displaced print in mat or float. Beyond 90 days, please contact us for options. What is not covered under warranty: scratches, scuffs not reported within 14 days days of receipt, dust inside frame not reported within 14 days of receipt, holes in backing paper not reported within 14 days of receipt, rubber bumpers falling off.

Our dimensions are listed as width x height, referring to the total outside dimensions of the frame.

Depending on the size of artwork chosen, ratios will be cropped. We carefully select sizes for each artwork so that the quality of the piece remains. Images of the artwork are used to give a general idea of the art piece, not an exact representation of the final size and crop. 

Artwork is printed on wide-format inkjet printers using the giclée printing process for enhanced quality. Due to variations in screens brightness levels and resolutions, printed artwork and frame coloring may slightly differ from what is depicted on the website.

Each piece is handcrafted using giclee printing methods. Archival pigment-based inks are used on acid paper and speaks to the quality of our products. Each piece of artwork is printed on the type of paper that best suits the piece. Our artwork is printed on gallery quality papers that are designed to last for decades offering beautiful texture and color quality.
