My art is about growth—the kind that takes time, patience and commitment to create something beautiful, much like the cycles of the seasons or the life of a fruit. Each painting reflects a different stage of growth. Sometimes it’s about waiting, dealing with darkness or being in a place of uncertainty, where the most important thing is to stay grounded and stick to healthy, everyday habits—like gratitude and affirmations, which are foundational to my practice. These habits show up in my work through repetitive marks and patterns. Over time, something new emerges, leading an abundance of beauty - the harvest of fruits and flowers to enjoy.
