OUR CURATED COLLECTION

A look into the Visual Living Process...

01 / Curation

Each piece is curated by Lindsay to ensure a cohesive and inspiring collection. Artists are invited to be part of Visual Living who fit our overall brand and whose artwork is story rich and expressive.

02 Sizing, Framing, Paper

With the help of our printing partner, the sizing and framing of each piece is carefully chosen to ensure a high quality print is produced. Sizes range from small giclee to large canvas. The paper option is often chosen by the artist to ensure that the print quality enhances the piece and is a close reproduction of the original artwork. Framing features are chosen to enhance the overall piece and are thoughtfully framed.

03 / finishing touches

Every piece of art is meticulously reviewed by our printing partner before each piece is packaged and shipped to the consumer. Prints and framed artwork are packaged securely to ensure they arrive safely to the consumer. We are extremely proud of the quality of our prints and the artists we get to partner with!

Our Expanding Collection

Botanical

Drawing inspiration from the natural world, botanical artwork evokes the beauty of plants, florals, and trees, translating their essence into captivating forms and harmonious hues.

For a touch of natural elegance, botanical artwork layer beautifully in entryways, bathrooms, dining areas, or in small vignettes throughout the home.

Landscape

Through an artistic perspective, landscape art captures the essence of the natural world, allowing the beauty of nature to create a sense of calm and connection to the places that inspire you most.

Bring the outdoors inside by using landscape art to infuse your space with earthy, natural tones. Hang above beds or lay horizontally on console tables, or add to a curated gallery wall for extra depth and dimension.

Drawings

Often in soft, neutral tones, the focus on drawings is letting the lines and the subject matter tell their own story.

Drawings pair nicely with other artwork and other decor items such as vases, mirrors, and books. Display in entryways, on open shelving, or in bathrooms.

Still Life

Still life pieces are often florals, fruit, or animals. They offer a unique touch to any space and bring a sense of realness to a space.

Add to a curated gallery wall, kitchens, entryways, pantries, or open shelving.

To ensure your giclée printed artwork stays vibrant and well-preserved, follow these care tips:

  1. Avoid Direct Sunlight: Prolonged exposure to UV light can cause fading, so place your artwork away from direct sunlight.
  2. Keep in a Stable Environment: Giclée prints thrive in areas with moderate temperatures and humidity levels. Avoid placing them in damp or overly hot environments to prevent warping or mold.
  3. Handle with Clean Hands: Oils and dirt from your hands can damage the print’s surface, so always handle it with clean, dry hands or wear gloves when necessary.
  4. Frame Properly: Use UV-protective glass or acrylic when framing to add an extra layer of defense against sunlight and dust. All frames at Visual Living use a framer’s grade acrylic with UV and glare resistance.  Ensure the artwork isn’t in direct contact with the glass to avoid condensation and damage.
  5. Dust Gently: Use a soft, dry cloth or feather duster to gently remove dust from the surface. Avoid using cleaning solutions or water.
  6. Store Safely: If storing, keep the print in a flat, acid-free portfolio or wrap it in protective paper and store it in a cool, dry place.
  7. Avoid Harsh Lighting: Artificial lighting, especially fluorescent or halogen lights, can also affect the colors. Use low-heat lighting where possible to protect the artwork
